PayPal is not accepting my credit card OR I cannot complete the transaction. Where do I go for assistance with this?

I do not have a PayPal account. Do I need to have one to be able to pay via PayPal when I sign up?
No, that is not necessary. Payment via PayPal is very easy. If you do don´t currently have a PayPal account, all you need is a valid Visa or MasterCard to safely and securely process your payment. Receipts will be immediately and automatically emailed to you by PayPal once your payment has been processed. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Global Alignment Group Inc., and will be charged in Canadian Dollars.
Can I pay by Cheque?
Unfortunately no, not at this time. Global Alignment strives to be paperless and as we are an online company dealing with people from around the globe, cheques are not accepted. All fees charged are in Canadian Dollars.
Does this Business Program qualify as a Tax Deduction?
If you reside in Canada, and have a properly registered business, Yes, you most likely can write all or a good portion of these services off. This applies to both Step 1 and Step 2 of the Roadmap! See your book keeper, or financial GURU or Revenue Canada for tips on how to do this. Don´t forget to keep all of your receipts!
If I have already signed up for a group program, will I be able to withdraw and get a refund?
Yes, if you withdraw from the program, you are entitled to a partial refund. The amount of that refund will depend on when/where you are in the program when you withdraw. As with most organizations, there is a non-refundable portion of the fees to cover administrative costs. Naturally, if you withdraw half way through the program, your refund amount will be less than if you were to withdraw a week after signing up. Please contact us for further details.
If I have already signed up for the self-paced program, will I be able to withdraw and get a refund?
No. If you have already signed up for a particular module, you have immediate access to the modules and you are automatically and immediately emailed the assignments. Because these materials will have already been provided to you, we cannot offer a refund on that module. What we do offer instead is a “Pay as you go” option, where you are only investing in one module at a time.
