TRAINING MODULE 1:
Envisioning a Business Vision, Niche & Entrepreneur Mindset
Module 1 sets the main foundation for Practitioners starting their Private Practice Business. It facilitates better understanding of the “process of change,” and helps participants learn practical and accessible strategies to aid how each individual personally and professionally responds to change. This Module will help you to create the “vision” of your business, and assess areas of risk or barriers that each may personally face. It also addresses the frequently distorted views of starting and running a business, and outlines the ingredients that contribute to a healthy and mindful business. Module 1 establishes the overall context of the program while instituting the organizational tools needed to ensure successful start up and ongoing smooth operation of your private practice business. Module 1 gives participants the first crucial, tangible pieces to help them both understand and establish healthy expectations and boundaries. This awareness and these tools will assist throughout the entire series of modules!
UPON COMPLETION OF THIS MODULE, PRACTITIONERS WILL HAVE LEARNED TO:
- Understand and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Establish a means to create emotional & organizational preparedness to start your business
- Develop a clear understanding of Personal, Situational and Mental Barriers and create a means to address or minimize those challenges
- Determine your exact starting point (Overview Assessment)
- Build awareness around business, industry, and global trends and how they may influence your business and niches
- Understand the “do’s” and “don’ts” of Business Cycles
- Develop Basic Project Management Skills
- Create an intentional business vision in relationship to your intentional life vision
- Identify your intended “Flow of Business”
- Develop your own business Mission & Values that will act as a decision-making mechanism
- Ascertain your Products & Services relative to a specific market/geographic location
- Establish Mindful, Appropriate & Balanced Niches unique to you
- Ensure you have a clear understanding of your Role(s)
- Establish your Rates/Fees relative to your niches/location/demand (Do’s and Don’ts)
- Understand the role of our entire GURU team, the tools they build, costs, and how you may work with them
- Complete assessments and take away assignments while increasing your business awareness and personal development skills
