Yes, they are the essentially the same. Both relate to the task of starting and managing the business and operational side of your private practice business.

Well, that´s really up to you. Most people allocate about 4 weeks to complete a module. Some take more time to complete their assignments, some take less. The convenience of self-paced means you proceed at a pace that works for you. You have a maximum of two (2) months time to complete each module, which is double the average time necessary.

Each person has two (2) full months to complete each module, before access to the recorded module information expires. It is estimated that each person takes an average of 4 weeks to complete their assignments within each module. We have allocated double that time, to allow for personal preference, while also instilling a direct incentive to keep momentum to move forward and complete assignments.

Each “module” is a pre-recorded audio-visual presentation. Each module is divided into recorded “topic chapters” outline material that is important for you to learn. What you will experience in each “Topic Chapter” is a combination of visual presentation notes and diagrams that accompany the audio of the presenter. You will see copies of coaching assignments, and be taken through specific examples of how to complete those assignments. You have the ability to pause, rewind and fast forward your presentation as you desire. You can review each module and topic chapter as many times as you like within the two (2) month completion timetable.

These online sessions are the ideal time to review your assignments, bring any questions you may have, or review any areas that you would like feedback. This time is for you and we are there to share our experience, expertise, and insights with you. You can expect to get stuck sometimes, or feel resistance in moving forward, which is completely natural. We will use this time to help you identify and break through challenges and potential barriers that keep you stuck.

It really depends on the organization and its criteria for eligibility. We are an incorporated and licensed organization. However it is important to know that we are not a career training organization or school, and therefore we don´t grant diplomas or credentials.

Our Private Practice Business Program (Step 1) Group and Individual do cover both business principals and personal development at the same time. Some licensing bodies do honour our Program as meeting their criteria for continued competency, and therefore practitioners can submit their hours against their annual requirement. Each organization and its criteria in this area are unique, and therefore will individually determine acceptance according to their own standards.
