Our Marketing Program is comprised of five (5) online training modules that are outlined below. They are set up as progressive building blocks that are most advantageously taken in order.
Introduction to Marketing Theory & Essentials:
Curriculum Description: This Marketing Theory & Essentials introduction provides the necessary foundation for all future marketing efforts. The extensive training creates a “Cole’s Notes” version of marketing theory that is an essential first step in understanding the basics of marketing. Furthermore, this training addresses important compliance considerations that are often overlooked in marketing efforts. Lastly, by reviewing each participant’s personality tests, natural assets and potential barriers will be highlighted by your Instructor so that a plan can be made to leverage your unique assets while also addressing potential blocks and barriers to success.

Marketing Library – Training 1: Online Marketing & Content Strategies
Curriculum Description: The Module “Online Marketing & Content Strategies” overviews the do’s, don’ts and overall role of online marketing as well as content strategies. Assuming that social media accounts have already been created, this training helps Participants understand their online strategy options, what is required for each option to be effective so they may determine which methods are suitable to help them reach their goals. Key compliance of these methods, time allocation and costs involved in using these methods are also addressed.
Marketing Library – Training 2: Referral Marketing
Curriculum Description: The Module ” Referral Strategies” overviews the various ways that referral or alliance marketing can fuel a business.
Tapping into community, events and other referral sources, Participants learn to examine the various referral marketing strategies and best practices of B2B business. Additionally, Participants will be provided with tools to assess which referral-based options are an opportunity vs a distraction to their niche business. This training also helps Participants understand what is required to make any referral marketing option effective, while also proactively considering compliance and evaluating time and budget allocations.

Marketing Library – Training 3: Collateral Marketing Material
Curriculum Description: The Module ” Collateral Marketing Material” is designed to overview common collateral material such as ads, business cards, posters, flyers, signage and other incentive materials so that Participants may determine what options best suit their small business. Furthermore, learning the do’s, don’ts and best practices of creating and applying collateral material is key in establishing constant branding and creative marketing efforts. Compliance and best practices are also considered while evaluating time and financial requirements.

Marketing Library – Training 4: Advanced Business & Marketing Strategies
Curriculum Description: The Module “Advanced Business & Marketing Strategies” helps Participants assess, streamline and grow their business. For Practitioners who are realizing some marketing success, the focus shifts to maintaining their business growth. This should now require less of their time. Doing so often means assessing their business functions and streamlining their processes.
